"As fast as possible" was the premise issued by the global construction software provider Thinkproject. The nine companies integrated in recent years were to be given a common digital umbrella with a new website. We kept the promise and the 524-page web presence went live on time after 26 weeks.
Despite the tight time schedule, we took a lot of time to understand the client from the core. In strategy workshops with the senior management, we worked out the basics for all subsequent marketing activities and bundled them in our storytelling framework. A detailed SEO analysis and a variety of interviews with customers and key people in the company followed and provided us with well-founded insights for the new website. We translated all these learnings into user-specific customer journeys and a website that can optimally be found for all strategic keywords.
Agile project management enabled us to react quickly to new requirements and cleverly accelerate project phases. For example, by implementing design development and technical implementation at the same time. We accelerated the implementation of multilingualism with a technical trick: a direct interface to the translation service provider. Our growing team and long-standing partnerships with web agencies came into full effect here – sometimes more than ten people worked on the project at the same time. The client feedback: "Successfully implementing such a large web project in such a short time would never have been possible without the right partners."
