Turning discovery trips into true customer journeys

Taking clients on a journey

Together with the Treno Gottardo, Bellinzona e Valli Tourism and three well-known influencers, we have planned a culinary weekend that includes so much more than well-timed programme points. This is how we create experiences that become more.

We bring regional benefits and experiences to the online community on the end device as well as in the memory. On behalf of the Schweizerische Südostbahn AG, we organised an Insta-Meet with the Treno Gottardo around the culinary benefits of the Club Treno Gottardo ticket. Influencers provided authentic content live on site, which was shared aesthetically and credibly with fans and followers. This time, we looked for and booked a mixture of gourmets and connoisseurs – perfect for experiencing the Bellinzona region and the impressive route of the Treno Gottardo. We were joined by the friendly chef and caterer Lazaros, food photographer and aficionado Ira Zlatev, and Rex and Manuela Moribe from Newlyswissed, the international Swiss trend magazine.

Preparations first class

We have developed a concept that is based on social media and aims to attract a growing interested tourist audience. It is very important to have a seamless organisation that includes the highlights of the route and enables many beautiful impressions and (live) contributions - and is fun! In the end, the result was a rich, artistically and substantively attractive content of stories and headlines, which conveyed the feeling of being right there in Ticino. The journey was completed with the marketing of the Club Treno Gottardo ticket, which bring followers directly from the screen onto the train.

Now we are looking forward to using these lively creatives for the social media activities of the Treno Gottardo.

Thank you to everyone who travelled with us.

Moving swiftly

We like to go on journeys with our customers – and always have a few extras ready in our luggage. Find out what we have already done for the Schweizerische Südostbahn in the project.
